[Air-l] Studies on punctuation use in CMC.

Dear all, I'm looking for articles focusing on the use of punctuation by speakers in computer-mediated communications, either synchronous or asynchronous. I'm mostly looking for work detailing their use as possible linguistic variables, but would appreciate any pieces that come from other frameworks that you think might be relevant. Best, Joshua
