We seek candidates with demonstrated research and teaching abilities in one or more areas of contemporary communication studies. The candidate will join a group of scholars shaping the future of the Institute in the field of digital and new media and provide leadership in helping develop the Institute as a centre of research and teaching excellence. We seek an outstanding scholar with an established publication record, experience with multidisciplinary research, and evidence of excellence in teaching. Completion of a PhD is required. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in her/his area of specialization and must be experienced in educating and mentoring graduate students, junior researchers and/or professionals. Previous administrative experience, and experience in developing new curricula at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, would be assets.
