A month is a really long time, even for an bleedin'-edge international research organization. Maybe the exec should consider discussion of tightening up the voting process a bit in the next year? suggestions abound, --elijah On Thu, 30 Jun 2005, Matthew Allen wrote:

Dear all
From 1 July for 30 days we will be closing off discussion in the election forums and asking for all members of AoIR to VOTE :). Please make sure that if you wish to vote and are not currently a member, you join now (your conference registration will be discounted and there are other benefits). Also, it's time to review the discussion in the AoIR election forums - http://forums.aoir.org - and make your decisions. You may vote for one candidate in each category of officer (Vice-Present, Secretary, Treasurer, Grad Student) and for three candidates for the open seats.
Shortly, I will let you know how to lodge your vote.
Thanks Matthew
