[Air-l] Cost of Onlne Access in Different Nations

Hi all, I’m trying to find data or research that examines the differences in pricing/costs for internet access (as well as different methods for pricing/billing for such access) in different regions and different nations in order to do an international cost comparison of online access around the globe. Does anyone know of sources that examine these cost factors or have suggestions for where I might want to search for such data?
