I am trying to find some research on how people use the internet "internationally," in terms of international email, etc, or the national boundaries of the Internet, in terms of use. I am not looking for theoretical discussions of "cyberspace" for those of you who might still not have recovered from the last one, but rather specific data concerning how the internet facilitates international contacts, primarily for personal, rather than advocacy purposes. Any leads would be appreciated!
