Merav CALL for PROPOSALS SUS 2002, Orlando, Florida, 24-27 October 2002 Utopianism in the Information Age: The Rise of the Internet and Cyberculture Nowadays, in the Information Age, utopianism still seems a relevant cultural trope, concerned with current praxis and with some trends in the discourse surrounding the Internet and Cyberculture. The goals of this panel are to explore the current utopian movements, ideas, and discourses that have accompanied the rise of the Internet and Cyberculture.
