**Apologies for cross-posting** Dear AoIR members, this is a friendly reminder that the dealdine for the 5th Internet Science conference (INSCI'2018) is approaching! The conference in St.Petersburg, Russia, is gathering academics, policymakers, and industry representatives to discuss digital freedoms and user empowerment in various regions of the world. The 2018 deadline has been extended to June 15. With all the recent controversies, we consider Russia to be a hot spot for discussing these topics. Springer LNCS series is publishing the INSCI proceedings, and we will also publish a special issue of Media and Communication (SJR Q2) in the aftermath.
