It's out of print (in Wellman & Berkowitz, _Social Structures: A Network Approach_), but scanned into my website. There's also a growing literature on web networks (so much more convenient when you don't have to deal with real people), with key works by Duncan Watts, Lada Adamic, Bernardo Huberman, Jon Kleinberg.
