Hi AoIR Folks, As Kylie indicated, folks who are being asked to review for the conference should have received those invitations, and it’s always prudent to check spam folders in case such a review has been hidden. However, please note, while the AiR-L goes out to over 8000 people, the request to reviews would only (at most) have gone to people who were already in the (separate) conference system from the last couple of years, or who submitted this year and indicated they could review. We are not using this list membership to recruit potential reviewers. As always, thanks to those who are reviewing (and if you get a request to review you simply don’t have capacity for, please follow Kylie’s instructions below so we can reallocate) but if you’re a list member who hasn’t reviewed before or submitted for this year’s conference, then we’re not asking for any additional labour from you! Thanks in advance, Tama, AoIR President On Tue, Mar 22, 2022 at 3:46 PM Kylie Jarrett <Kylie.Jarrett@mu.ie> wrote:
Hello all, By now, those of you who have agreed to review should have received your allocations of submissions for the AoIR2022 conference. Some lucky people may have even already received a second lot!
If you haven't seen your allocations, please check your spam folder as this is an automated email and may have been filtered.
You can access your assigned submissions by logging into conftool: https://www.conftool.org/aoir2022/
The review deadline is April 22.
If you are unable to take on your assigned submissions, please contact me ASAP at the AoIRConfChair [@] aoir.org email so I can re-allocate them.
Thanks to everyone for agreeing to review. The conference is only as good as the community makes it, so we really appreciate it your contribution, particularly given the times we live in.
