Dear all, I´m seeking useful references/sources to define properly e-Services, e-Government and e-Inclusion, anyone?? And by the way, are those recommended to write e-Services (or eServices), e-Government (or eGovernment) and e-Inclusion (or (eInclusion)? Thank you very much!
