Hello everybody, Sorry for bothering you on the occasion hardly related to internet research (perhaps by smartmob-studies only) but I can't help doing it. There is a stupid situation in Russia about closing one of the best Russian postgraduate universities due to "violation of fire codes". I hope that you'll understand me.
