Dear AIR-lies and -lers,
I'm looking for online ressources focussing on international media systems (including media law, media politics, media use, etc.) from a comparative perspective. Ideally, it would be a database where one can select certain countries and/or certain indicators to get an selective overview, but hints on any other ressources (including books, encyclopedias, etc.) are appreciated.
It could be something similar to the [German] "Internationales Handbuch Medien", which is edited by my colleagues at the Hans-Bredow-Institute and published as a book (http://www.hans-bredow-institut.de/de/internationales-handbuch-medien/intern...), but should be in english and online.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Jan
