Hi, I am aware of two projects that have looked into mobile communication in various Central European countries. These are the EURESCOM P903 project that included the Czech Republic and the EU IST project e-living that included Bulgaria. When you say young people I am not sure what age you are using. Since these were survey projects the lowest age groups were not down into the early adolescent years as I recall. I hope that this helps.
