Applicants should possess a PhD degree in journalism, communication or related fields or be PhD candidates in one of these areas. Those with experiences teaching or working as a journalist will have a definite advantage. Applicants should also have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two to three years commencing September 2014. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
