[Air-L] DATA ABOUT MOBILE PHONE DIFFUSION

Dear colleagues, I am currently looking for some mobile phone diffusion data by age ranges in EU countries that start before the year 2000. I found information on mobile phone diffusion/mobile phone subscriptions, but the data are aggregated (not by age ranges). Do you have an idea of where I could get such data?
