[Air-l] Query on IM Research

I'm undertaking a study on the use of instant messaging and would appreciate references to existing research (either completed or on-going). My primary focus is on interpersonal (i.e., non-commercial) IM, with special interest in textual analysis of actual IM data. One of the biggest challenges is obviously gathering a corpus of users' IMs. References and suggestions are much appreciated.
