Hi all, Just being on the Twitter community here in Egypt, I would think it's a lot more than these numbers. We have over 5.6 million users on Facebook, and I suspect at least a million or two on Twitter. I'm not even sure where I'm listed as from:) I'll go check now! And yes, many of us deleted or changed "Egypt" as the country of origin during the days before the revolution, and some have done that and/or have been using a proxy server for years. Best regards. I remember that to baffle the Iranian police a lot of bloggers outside Iran declared themselves to have a location within Iran.

Dear AoIR list,
Does anyone know of a twitter search app that can list users by location (e.g., if I wanted to create a list of top tweeters who have listed their location as "Egypt")? I recall seeing something like this but forgot to bookmark it.
Thanks, Muzammil _______________________________________________ The Air-L@listserv.aoir.org mailing list is provided by the Association of Internet Researchers http://aoir.org Subscribe, change options or unsubscribe at: http://listserv.aoir.org/listinfo.cgi/air-l-aoir.org
