Hi Azar, I used LimeSurvey before. It has an option of issuing respondents tokens. I never tried if that would allow respondent to go back to continue the responses or not. It might be useful to check it out. However, the UI is not the best I've seen, and the design options are somewhat limited if you compare to commercial ones.
