I am doing research regarding class sizes in graduate programs, both online and traditional. While I have read quite a bit of anecdotal stuff and talked with many colleagues who have a gut feeling about class sizes in grad programs, I am not finding as much as I would like. If you do research in this area or are interested in it, would you mind sharing resources? I want to put some meat behind the notion that the smaller the class, the better the class or the opposite, if the research supports it.
Instructor interest level, personality, and style affect this, not just class size. I have anecdotes that support this view, but no actual research data.
