[Air-L] Ethics statement note on first footnote.

I just finished reading our Ethics statement from http://aoir.org/reports/ethics2.pdf and I don't think the first footnote on page 12 makes sense. It right now states "See Buchanan and Ess, 2009, who found that U.S. -- based IRBs referred most regularly to the". It seems to be missing language along the lines of referring to AoIR's Ethical Guidelines after the "to."
