The webinar is based on the special issue of 'Media and Communication' published in February 2021. The presentations by scholars from four leading universities in commuication research located at various parts of the world (Oxford Internet Institute, U of Southern California, University of Muenster, and St.Petersburg State University) will be commented upon by the current President of International Communication Association, professor Claes de Vreese (U of Amsterdam).
