IIUC, yes. Meta-content in an online might generalize about online discussions. Reflexive content would take about itself. This discussion for example, has entered meta-content in some sense, but hadn't been reflexive - until this sentence. :) -eg

I'd be inclined to say reflexive content is content in which the content takes into account its strategies in relation/regard to itself. it is as such not meta, which would allow it to be external, reflexivity requires both internal and externality.
