Ehh, oops... Try again... IIUC, yes. Meta-content in an online setting (!) might generalize about online discussions. Reflexive content would talk (not take!) about itself. This discussion for example, has entered meta-content in some sense, but hadn't been reflexive - until this sentence. :) -eg
