I/S is an interdisciplinary journal of research and commentary concentrating on the intersection of law, policy, and information and communications technology, and would welcome manuscripts in such diverse areas as cybersecurity policy, telecommunications policy, e-commerce, ICT and development, e-democracy, e-government, and cyberprivacy. Because our primary audience is policy-oriented, each manuscript should make clear to the reader why it is potentially significant to the making of public policy.
