Hi AoIR Community, We wanted to share a few reminders as we inch closer to AoIR2026 Mexico City: - The Early Registration Rate is available until *1 August 2026.* All presenting authors must be registered and paid by 1 August 2026 to be included in the program. - Please be sure to book your hotel through our registration link <https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MEXHR/G-RR60>, spaces are filling up fast: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MEXHR/G-RR60 - If you were accepted across three or more single-author submissions, regardless of the type of submission, you have three more days, until *20 June 2026, *to confirm which submissions you're keeping. Please review your original acceptance email for more information. - As a reminder, scholars may present at most two works in total, counting papers, panels, roundtables, and all other submission types. You may remain a non-presenting author on the rest, so this affects only the submissions where you would present. - Notifications for the doctoral colloquium will go out later this month.
