Does any one know about self-reports while using technology? I only could find this method in clinic and teraphy I wonder if there is work with such approach. Thanks in advance Beatrice Ligorio University of Bari

Thanks Radhika I will take a look into that but I am actually looking for tools that could be used off-line, once the technolgy is turned off. Any thing meant for beginners and for users of any type of technology, not necessary internet (mobile phones, palmars...) Any suggestion?
