Thanks Radhika I will take a look into that but I am actually looking for tools that could be used off-line, once the technolgy is turned off. Any thing meant for beginners and for users of any type of technology, not necessary internet (mobile phones, palmars...) Any suggestion? Does any one know about self-reports while using technology? I only could find this method in clinic and teraphy I wonder if there is work with such approach.
