Convenience vs. probability internet user samples
Dear All, I am trying to build a review of the sampling methodology currently used to conduct market research and opinion polls through the internet. I am basically trying to find out: a) which probability samples/panels are available online and how are their built? b) what strategies are used by companies using convenience samples to generalize their survey results to the (online/general) population? c) Are you aware of incorrect claims about generalizing online survey results to larger populations?
