The event will take place on Friday, April 4 for two hours, starting at 15:30 Atlantic Canada time. The agenda is below. The occasion is the launch of the special issue of the Journal of Community Informatics (JoCI) on the First Mile of broadband connectivity - communities doing it for themselves.
