This years Keynotes include Ian Foster, a pioneer in developing advanced distributed computer technologies and author of The Grid: Blueprint for a New Computing Infrastructure; Mario Campolargo, Director of the "Emerging Technologies and Infrastructures" Directorate of DG-INFSO in charge of Future and Emerging Technologies, ICT based infrastructures for science as well as ICT trust and security, experimental facilities and experimentally driven research for Future Internet; and David Theo Goldberg, author of several books including The Threat of Race: Reflections on Racial Neoliberalism (Wiley- Blackwell 2009) (http://www.threatofrace.org/), The Racial State (Basil Blackwell, 2002) and Racist Culture: Philosophy and the Politics of Meaning (Basil Blackwell, 1993).
