Dear Betty,
I am searching for a label for ethnic communities that are created by
either the Internet or satellite television. Does anybody have any idea what encompassing term I could use here. Virtual ethnic communities would apply only to the Internet. Betty Hanson
Consider using the term 'transnational' that seems to cover your requirement for both Internet and satellite quite well. Best, Lokman
