Dear All A reminder: we are expecting you to send in full version of your paper, for the conference archive. Please send the paper by email to: papers@aoir.org by the conference date. There are no specific format requirements. Simply email your .pdf or .html file to papers@aoir.org The paper will be placed in the AoIR archive, accessible to AoIR members and for posterity. Please note: this is *not* publication - you do not need to assign copyright; please check previous emails on this point. You are at liberty and encouraged to provide information about accessing your work if it is already published, or in-press :) As is AoIR's custom, acceptance of the offer to present includes granting AoIR permission to place a copy in the archive, if you choose to send the paper to us, and permission to use your abstract and other details online and in print. Just reminding you that, unless you specifically indicate otherwise, your email address, affiliation, and short abstract may be circulated in print to all conference goers in the conference program - and, excepting your email address (which we will NOT put on the conference website), your abstract etc will also appear online. If you have not already provided a 100 word abstract for the programme, please do so immediately: vircomm@research.haifa.ac.il Paper presentations will all be within their respective sessions of 90 minutes. As sessions have 3-5 papers scheduled, the time allotted for each presentation will be 15 minutes, allowing some time for Q&A and for discussion. Please plan your presentation accordingly. As indicated earlier, each presentation room will have: An Apple laptop, (there will be a couple of PC laptops available but access to these is limited, however you are welcome to use your own laptop if it is a pc) PC and Apple connecting cables Data projector Overhead projector Amps where necessary (big rooms) Video Please bring transparencies in case of emergencies. AoIR publishes a Internet Research Annual featuring selected papers from the conference. If you would like to have your paper considered for inclusion in this volume, you must send a complete version of the paper (3500 words) to Mia Consalvo consalvo@ohio.edu no later than October 1, 2004. Please note that this is separate process to the conference paper archive. See you all in Sussex!
