It is difficult to sue a loose cooperative of individuals with no formal links to each other. :) The "fon.com" people will probably not last long. They have substantial competition from free wireless community networks. I thought you might be interested in this public and international effort to democratize wi-fi. I wonder how long it will take the telecoms to file suit. Be sure to check out the access point map. (The map works in Firefox but not in Safari and I can't vouch for IE).
