Dear Madeline, My experience: *Privacy: OK *Anonymity & confidentiality: You'll able to see participants' IP address and can use a unique code to track them (if you want). *Security: No problems experienced. Even when I switched back from Professional to Basic membership (after the project was finished), they still stored all my data (although my amount of data was over the limits of a basic account). *Usability: Very ease to create a questionnaire, although the opportunities are limited (also with regard to lay-out). I hope this is of any help. I have concerns about privacy, anonymity & confidentiality, security (particularly in regards to data storage),& usability.
