One thing I will say on this is that one may want to use a Steno service that has familiarity with Internet terminology, acronyms etc. as they do build custom dictionaries as they go along. For instance, CaptionFirst do all the ICANN work. Another is that there is world of difference between a rough transcript that rolls off a steno's fingers and a finished transcript. So allow extra time/money for proofreading if it is to be published.
