Dear all - Just come across this, and thought it was in the very spirit of AiR Directory of Open Access Journals (1485 at last count) http://www.doaj.org/ "The aim of the Directory of Open Access Journals is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact" Open source, between Lessig's pragmatics and the Open science initiative ethics, Internet enabled.
