[Air-L] Bartle Test

Hi I am wondering if anyone has ever used the Bartle test? I see that the survey seems to be maintained at gamerdna. Is there a way to get a copy of this survey? I am interested in using it (or some modified version of it) to examine the make up of the disability community in Second Life. Has anyone ever used this to look at the difference between user content created worlds vs MMORPGs? How could I get a copy of the survey for use? Is this test even worthwhile?
