The event hopes to bring together national and international academics and practitioners working at the crossroads of audiovisual cultural production and transnational trade and consumption of audiovisual products. We would like academics and professionals to consider presenting a paper or project and attending the conferences and discussions at the three-day event. Cultural Transduction may be understood as the process sustained by any product from a given cultural market that has transcended the original market and extended beyond the place where the original idea or product was designed.
