In general, a clear structure is of course helpful to understand your argumentation (introduction, discussing the relevance of your idea, theoretical frame, used method(s), case study and amount of new knowledge). b) interviews Next to academic articles we are interested in projects related to games, gamers, gaming and religion, culture, and society. For instance, if you have an interview with a game designer, a pedagogue working with games, etc., please feel free to share it in our journal! c) research reports Sometimes you may just want to give an impression of your current research, an introduction to a new project, or just have a longing for acclamation of about the 5% of successful third part funding that we get for this "weird stuff" – please feel free to do so :) In general, such research reports should be short descriptions between 3000 and 5000 words in length. They are not peer-reviewed, but we as journal editors will give some revisions if necessary. d) book reviews There was a flow in publications concerned with games and religion/culture in the last years, so it could be interesting to introduce and discuss some of them. If you are reading a new book which you think can be helpful for other researchers, feel free to propose a review. Reviews should be around 1000 words. Study on Examining Rationale, Assumptions and Approaches to Non-Personal Data Sharing in India

Dear air-l community, We are glad to share with you reports published by Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS international) on non-personal data sharing in India. These cover a two-part study on examining rationale, assumption and approaches to non-personal data sharing in India. First Phase Report: Navigating the Puzzle of Non-Personal Data Sharing <https://cuts-ccier.org/pdf/report-navigating-the-puzzle-of-npd-sharing.pdf> Second Phase Report: Dimensional Analysis of Future of Non-Personal Data Sharing <https://cuts-ccier.org/pdf/report-dimensional-analysis-of-future-of-npd-sha…> The *first repor*t has taken a three-pronged analytical approach, relying on secondary literature review, comparative jurisdictional analysis, and stakeholder consultations. The analysis revealed some key learning as stated below: 1) There is a need for an agile and flexible Data Sharing Framework. 2) There is a need to identify prerequisites for a healthy data ecosystem. 3) There is a need for appropriate policy sequencing. viz. First implementing initiatives like Open Public Sector Data, Data Protection, etc. 4) There is a need to assess the existing and future market requirements and incentives. 5) There is a need to ensure consumer welfare and protection safeguards. 6) There is a need to re-assess existing legal regimes. ex. I.P. Law. The *second report* has undertaken a dimensional analysis. Following are the key learning: 1) Clearly specify scope of data to understand data typologies across the data value chain. 2) Recognising value associated with divergent internet groups in the data value chain. 3) Clearly identifying specific problems sought to be addressed through data sharing 4) Design strong accountability and grievance redress frameworks. prediction API applymagicsauce

Hi all I am looking for an alternative to - or a way to work around som recently occured issues with - the prediction API applymagicsauce. I have been using it several times last year for my students to better understand their own digital footprints by uploading their Facebookdata. However, for some reason it does not seem to include 'likes' and 'comments' in the predictions no more, probably due to some recent Facebook update, so I am looking for a good alternative. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. As AI systems’ actions and decisions will significantly affect their users, it is important to be able to understand how an AI system represents its users. It is a well-known hurdle that many AI algorithms behave largely as black boxes. One key aim of explainability is, therefore, to make the inner workings of AI systems more accessible and transparent. Such explanations can be helpful in the case when the system uses information about the user to develop a working representation of the user, and then uses this representation to adjust or inform system behavior. E.g., an educational system could detect whether students have a more internal or external locus of control, a music recommender system could adapt the music it is playing to the current mood of a user, or an aviation system could detect the visual memory capacity of its pilots. However, when adapting to such user models it is crucial that these models are accurately detected. Furthermore, for such explanations to be useful, they need to be able to explain or justify their representations of users in a human-understandable way. This creates a necessity for techniques that will create models for the automatic generation of satisfactory explanations intelligible for human users interacting with the system.
