In line with the most recent research on the intersection between AI and communication (Sundar and Lee; 2022; Dehnert & Mongeau, 2022; Brandtzaeg, Skjuve & Følstad, 2022; Endacott & Leonardi, 2022; Banas, et al., 2022; Duan et al., 2022; Guzman, 2019; Guzman & Lewis, 2020; Donath, 2021), this call for short articles is an invitation to communication researchers to analyse and reflect on how AI will impact communication practices. and in the methods and theories about the role of the media and communication in our society. For this reason, among other topics (not exclusive), the following are proposed: • How are theoretical approaches to communication transformed in a context governed by AI? • How are the effects of the media reformulated, and what new effects can emerge through the intervention of AI in the creation of content? • How does AI impact narrative forms? What narrative possibilities and innovations does it introduce? (In particular, but not restricted, in the case of visual content). • How do biases and aesthetic stereotypes of AI image and sound generation models influence content creation? What role does AI have in overcoming these stereotypes? • What are the methods for detecting biases and stereotypes in AI generation models? • What is the impact of the generation of texts with AI in the production of scripts and visual narrations? • How should the concept of authorship be reviewed in the case of creations and narratives in which the content is generated, in whole or in part, by means of AI technologies? • What are the ethical aspects to consider in the use of AI programs for the creation of texts, images and sounds from models fed by works and narratives from other artists? How should we approach legal issues? • How will we understand creativity in a context dominated by AI and its models? • How does AI influence the veracity of content, and what tools can be developed to detect false information? • What are the democratizing capabilities of AI in the production of visual narratives, and what hypothetical new inequalities are introduced? Both theoretical essays and empirical works that address any issue related to the intersection between visual creation and AI are welcome. Cyberattacks have changed in nature and intensity: their growing number; the variety of their targets (public institutions, critical infrastructures and utilities, large and strategic companies); in some cases the terrorist and/or quasi-military objectives of their proven or alleged authors, sponsors or beneficiaries; the expansion of their surface, making profit of digitalization progresses in all sectors; together with the escalation of geopolitical tensions and conflicts; are all features pushing cybersecurity issues to the top of the agendas of both public and private actors. The increasing relevance of cybersecurity is reshaping state powers, public administration, private businesses, civil society and academic research as well. New agencies, procedures, and structures have been institutionalised both by national governments and international organisations to deal with cybersecurity policy problems. New power relations are being established, both inside and beyond the state. Governments, both at the national and local levels, are still struggling to find their own governance structures and set of instruments in the range of different cybersecurity models (e.g. cyber defence, cyber offence, cyber resilience, etc.) and their possible implementations. The provision of public goods and services is undergoing a profound re-design and re-engineering process led by cybersecurity concerns, that implies new models of citizenship and new modes of public administration. Private companies are facing new challenges, often dealing with a shortage of skills and competences of the workforce, while new companies and new business models are emerging around the transnational market of cybersecurity. At the global level, states, through their representatives at the United Nations and its different bodies, confirmed that international law applies online as it does offline. They also identified the need to better understand how international law could be applied in cyberspace, with issues of attribution, liability, sovereignty, rule of law and due diligence being raised. Given the multistakeholder feature of global internet governance, private companies have also jumped in with their own proposals, promoting their roles as possible norms entrepreneurs. Technical management and standardisation organisations have a prominent role to play as well when dealing with global cybersecurity. As a consequence, new research agendas and scientific perspectives on cybersecurity are consolidating, shaping a novel multidisciplinary field of inquiry that is not only exceeding the original field of internet governance, but seems also phagocytizing it: internet governance as an issue of cybersecurity governance. After having addressed “Global Internet Governance as a Diplomacy Issue” at its first edition in 2017, “Overcoming Inequalities in Internet Governance” in 2018, “Europe as a Global Player in Internet Governance” in 2019, “Online Information Governance” in 2020, and “Global Internet Governance and International Human Rights” in 2022, the European Multidisciplinary Conference on Global Internet Governance Actors, Regulations, Transactions and Strategies turns its attention this year to the governance of cybersecurity, in view of further investigating and inquiring the political, economic and epistemic transformations connected to the rise of cybersecurity and how they impact on democracy and human rights. The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Computer Society's TCDP. It is a premier annual forum for sharing original, novel ideas in mobile ad-hoc networks and smart systems, defined broadly. As wireless ad-hoc networks continue to evolve and specialize into a number of application scenarios and environments, and sensor-based systems and technologies increasingly permeate our everyday life and become the inner fabric of the Internet of Things and cyber-physical systems, the unfolding of smart environments such as smart cities, smart farming, smart healthcare, and smart manufacturing, to name a few, demand integrated solutions that can make intelligent use of both cloud and edge systems, while applying machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to handle their growing complexity and to leverage the vast amount of available data created. The MASS organizing committee invites proposals for full-day or half-day workshops affiliated with the conference. The purpose of these workshops is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a less formal and possibly more focused way than at the conference itself. The goal is to enable stimulating discussions of state-of-the-art, emerging, visionary, and perhaps controversial topics. Workshop proposals are solicited in all areas and topics related to mobile ad-hoc and smart systems. Addressing emerging research directions in these areas are particularly welcome. Accepted MASS 2023 workshop papers will be included in the conference proceeding published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, showing their affiliation with IEEE MASS. We expect all accepted workshops to adhere to a common paper submission (i.e., two-column IEEE conference style, maximum paper length of 6 pages) and reviewing schedule, as outlined in the dates indicated below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Call for Posters & Demos IEEE International Conference on High Performance Switching and Routing Artificial Intelligent Next Generation (NextG) Integrated Communications and Computing Systems 5-7 June 2023 @ Albuquerque, New Mexico https://hpsr2023.ieee-hpsr.org/ https://twitter.com/ieeehpsr2023 *IEEE HPSR 2023 Organizing Committee is planning for an in-person conference and encourages the authors to participate physically; however, we understand that the pandemic situation is not over yet. Therefore, depending on the situation during the conference time, remote participation and online presentation may be allowed under special circumstances. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IEEE HPSR 2023 will feature a poster session and a demo session that provide opportunities for researchers and developers from academia, industry, and government to interact with and explore the latest research results. The presentations will provide authors with early feedback on their research work and enable them to exchange ideas with IEEE HPSR participants. Besides presentations in the respective poster and demo sessions, IEEE HPSR will host a dedicated session where poster and demo authors will give a short oral presentation of their work, during the main conference program. Also, a best poster/demo award will be announced. Posters and demos should present recent original results or ongoing research in all aspects of switching and routing, including but not limited to algorithms, protocols, systems and applications. All submissions will be reviewed and judged based on originality, technical contribution and, particularly, potential to generate interesting and interactive exchanges of ideas. Poster and Demo abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Accepted posters/demos must be presented at the Conference and at least one author for each poster/demo must be registered for the conference. Requirements for Posters: Poster dimension: A1 (594 x 841 mm) vertically oriented. Poster paper: Poster papers will be included in the Proceedings of the Conference and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Each poster paper is limited to three (3) pages. Accepted posters longer than 3 pages will be charged for each extra page. Posters cannot be longer than 5 pages. Posters should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS system. All submitted posters will be subject to three independent reviews. Please use the US letter size (8.5 X 11 in) standard IEEE conference LaTeX format or Microsoft Word template available on the link below: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Authors should highlight the leading ideas of the on-going research and its expected outcome and impact. Trump retweets dataset

Hello, I am looking for a dataset of all Trump tweets and I found it on [1]https://github.com/MarkHershey/CompleteTrumpTweetsArchive [2]https://www.thetrumparchive.com/?results=1 and here: [3]https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/austinreese/trump-tweets However, all these websites only give tweets without retweets so I cannot create any retweets networks. I highly appreciate if anyone knows a dataset that will include retweets of Trump? Also, do you think that these retweets were deleted and there is no way to access them now? N.B. I collected millions of tweets with @realDonaldTrump over different time periods and none of these datasets have retweets. They do have mentions though. Does anyone know why this is happening?
