The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Computer Society's TCDP. It is a premier annual forum for sharing original, novel ideas in mobile ad-hoc networks and smart systems, defined broadly. As wireless ad-hoc networks continue to evolve and specialize into a number of application scenarios and environments, and sensor-based systems and technologies increasingly permeate our everyday life and become the inner fabric of the Internet of Things and cyber-physical systems, the unfolding of smart environments such as smart cities, smart farming, smart healthcare, and smart manufacturing, to name a few, demand integrated solutions that can make intelligent use of both cloud and edge systems, while applying machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to handle their growing complexity and to leverage the vast amount of available data created. The MASS organizing committee invites proposals for full-day or half-day workshops affiliated with the conference. The purpose of these workshops is to provide a platform for presenting novel ideas in a less formal and possibly more focused way than at the conference itself. The goal is to enable stimulating discussions of state-of-the-art, emerging, visionary, and perhaps controversial topics. Workshop proposals are solicited in all areas and topics related to mobile ad-hoc and smart systems. Addressing emerging research directions in these areas are particularly welcome. Accepted MASS 2023 workshop papers will be included in the conference proceeding published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, showing their affiliation with IEEE MASS. We expect all accepted workshops to adhere to a common paper submission (i.e., two-column IEEE conference style, maximum paper length of 6 pages) and reviewing schedule, as outlined in the dates indicated below. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS Each workshop proposal must at least include: 1) Full name of the workshop and its intended acronym 2) Workshop Organizers (names, affiliation and contact information) 3) A short biography of the organizers (up to 200 words for each), highlighting any conferences / workshops chaired 4) A brief description (up to 1 page) of the technical issues that the workshop will address, and the reasons why the workshop is of interest to MASS at this time. 5) Some consideration of the communities/groups the workshop intends to attract. 6) The names and affiliations of at least ten program committee member candidates. 7) Planned format of the workshop, including - Duration of the workshop: Half-day, Full-day and tentative schedule - Number of refereed papers, hot topic sessions, keynotes, panels (and panel formats) etc. 8) If applicable, a description of past versions of the workshop, including dates, organisers, numbers of submitted and accepted papers, and number of attendees. 9) Draft Call for Papers (max 1 page). 10) A description of the publicity and promotion plan. Trump retweets dataset

Hello, I am looking for a dataset of all Trump tweets and I found it on [1]https://github.com/MarkHershey/CompleteTrumpTweetsArchive [2]https://www.thetrumparchive.com/?results=1 and here: [3]https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/austinreese/trump-tweets However, all these websites only give tweets without retweets so I cannot create any retweets networks. I highly appreciate if anyone knows a dataset that will include retweets of Trump? Also, do you think that these retweets were deleted and there is no way to access them now? N.B. I collected millions of tweets with @realDonaldTrump over different time periods and none of these datasets have retweets. They do have mentions though. Does anyone know why this is happening? UVA School of Data Science Call for Applications for Postdoctoral Research Associate in Data Science & Race, Place and Equity The School of Data Science at the University of Virginia invites applications for a full-time, postdoctoral research associate, beginning August 2023 or earlier. The associate will be among 30 funded by an ambitious, University-wide Mellon Foundation Grant on Race, Place, and Equity focused on developing an undergraduate curriculum and advancing graduate and faculty research on the natural and cultural landscapes that encode local and national histories. The grant builds on the University's strengths in teaching about racial equity and democracy as well as on the acute need for reckoning about race and place in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the University. The position is appointed for two years, contingent on a successful annual review. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D., preferably in an arts, humanities, or social sciences field, prior to starting the role. In the context of this initiative, the School seeks candidates who have expertise in digital humanities, critical data studies or an ethics-related field with an emphasis on racial equity and urban spaces. The associate would be part of the Urban Data Equity Lab in the School of Data Science. Within this role, candidates may have expertise in analyzing or visualizing spatial or archival data sets, including maps, archaeological remains, legal records, oral histories, demographic data, municipal open data portals, policy documents, and other sources that inform the connection between race as experienced and race as constructed. Regarding available data, there are opportunities to work with datasets that have been collected by other local projects, including the former Virginia Center for Digital History, which built an archive of photos, letters, and regional censuses relating to racial segregation laws and focused on Charlottesville. Methodologies that integrate macro levels of statistical description with local and situated descriptions are of particular interest. A focus on North America is preferred and transnational comparative studies are encouraged. Broadly speaking, the candidate must demonstrate potential for effective research in areas at the intersection of race, place, and data justice. Since 2014, ARTICLE 19 (A19) has been a pioneer in introducing and strengthening human rights considerations in the design, development, and deployment of Internet infrastructure technologies by participating in global Internet governance bodies where technical standards and policy development happens. In doing so, A19 has carved out pathways for civil society engagement in these bodies; however, there remains the need for greater, more diverse, and more sustainable civil society participation.
